Kacie Pedon, M.S.Ed., LPCC-S

                                      Kacie Pedon, M.S.Ed., LPCC-S (she/her/hers) has been working in the mental health field

                                      for more than 6 years. She earned her Bachelors of Art degree in Psychology from The Ohio

                                      State University and earned her Masters of Science degree in community counseling from the

                                      University of Dayton. Kacie has experience working in the community mental health setting

                                      with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples. She works extensively with those in

                                      the LGBTQ community.  Kacie specializes in the treatment of, but is not limited to, crisis

                                      intervention, substance abuse, anxiety / OCD, grief and loss, relationship issues, trauma,

                                      communication issues, and depression.  She utilizes a strengths focused approach as well as CBT, person-centered, trauma-informed, and other evidence based practices.  Kacie is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).  Kacie's counseling style is warm, accepting, and empathetic.  She sees clients as the expert of their own stories, and her role is to provide a therapeutic relationship that aids in

self-propelled growth. Kacie is a co-owner of Clintonville Couseling and Wellness.
