KEIR MICHAEL, CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Keir Michael (He, Him, His) is our Client Care Coordinator.  As the liaison between clients and the rest of the CCW staff, he leaves his mark on every aspect of the work done at the practice. Keir is the first point of contact for all clients, as he receives the Appointment Request forms, manages our waitlist, and assists clients with matching to a therapist.  He also verifies insurance coverage for all clients and communicates about coverage, invoices, and other billing related matters.  Keir takes pride in not only managing the office to ensure day to day tasks run smoothly, he also focuses on creating a welcoming and affirming environment here at CCW. The warm and comforting lobbies and spaces are all curated by Keir as he understands that the whole environment impacts the counseling experience.  Keir works primarily remotely, but make sure you say hi if you are lucky enough to see him in the office!
