Rachel Cooke, M.A., LPCC

                                   Rachel Cooke, M.A., LPCC (she/they) is a generalist clinician who specializes in anxiety,

                                   depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief, and couples counseling. Rachel prioritizes the

                                   relationships they build with their clients. They believe that a respectful and compassionate

                                   relationship provides the foundation of authenticity and trust that is important for navigating

                                   change and growth. Rachel enjoys working collaboratively with clients to help them deal with

                                   pain in ways that allow them to live meaningfully. They use an integrative theoretical

                                   framework, gravitating toward acceptance and commitment theory, interpersonal, and

                                   existential theories. They are trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and use a trauma-informed approach with all clients. They received their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Ohio State University.
