INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Clintonville Counseling and Wellness is now accepting applications for our 2024-2025 Counseling internship! This is a ten-month program offering practical clinical training in the areas of counseling, behavioral health, and social human services for Counselor Education students pursuing their final field placement/internship experience.

This position offers first hand experience in clinical mental health counseling with individuals, groups, and relationships. As a queer affirming practice, interns will provide care to members for the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Applicants with prior experience or a strong interest in working with this population are preferred. Interns will also receive training and experience in case consultation, case management, and a variety of psychotherapy modalities.

Weekly individual and group supervision are provided. Interns are contracted for 20-24 hours per week throughout their training period based on requirements of their program.
