Jenn Beck, MFT-T (She/They) is a compassionate and dedicated therapist committed to supporting individuals on their unique journeys. As a white, pansexual, queer, female-presenting professional, Jenn brings a diverse and inclusive perspective to the therapeutic space.

With a background in transpersonal psychology, Jenn employs a holistic approach that encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. Recognizing the importance of cultural beliefs and backgrounds, she tailors her therapeutic interventions to honor each individual's personal context.

Their primary focus is on attachment theory, understanding the profound impact of early relationships on emotional well-being. Jenn is trauma-informed, creating a safe and nurturing environment for clients to explore and heal from past experiences. They embrace a whole-person approach, acknowledging that healing involves more than just addressing cognitive aspects but also considers emotional and spiritual dimensions.

Inclusive and affirming, Jenn supports individuals of all identities, meeting them wherever they are in their journey. Her practice is open to clients with diverse relationship styles, including monogamy, non-monogamous, polyamorous, and relationship anarchists. Jenn challenges societal norms, believing clients inherently know what is best for themselves.

Mindfulness and somatic techniques are integral parts of Jenn’'s therapeutic toolkit, fostering a deeper connection between the mind and body. For those comfortable with creative expression, she encourages the use of art and other creative modalities as additional tools for self-discovery.

Jenn is not just a therapist; they are a partner in your journey, offering guidance and support as you navigate the complexities of life. Embrace the opportunity to work with a professional who values your uniqueness and is dedicated to empowering you on your path to healing and self-discovery.

Jenn received her bachelor of fine arts at the Columbus College of Art and Design in Columbus, OH. After school, Jenn focused their energy on supporting the local small business community, eventually opening her own business as a personal assistant to many local business owners and families. Jenn has always been in a “helping” role throughout her career and in 2020 when they lost their job due to COVID layoffs, Jenn decided to apply to Sofia University in Costa Mesa, California to pursue a masters degree in counseling psychology from the same university her own personal therapist went to. Jenn has been deeply impacted by her own therapeutic journey and is passionate about paying forward and supporting her community on their own healing journeys.
