Nathan Clark (He, Him, His) leads the practice’s administrative operations with precision, strategy, and a deep commitment to service. He is responsible for the oversight, management, and accountability of all core administrative functions. Nathan ensures that administrative systems are grounded in clarity and care, supporting a seamless, high-quality experience for both clients and clinicians. His leadership fosters a well-supported administrative team and a solid infrastructure for the entire organization.
Nathan works closely with the Client Care Coordinator on ensuring effective insurance benefit verifications, client invoicing, and copay collection. Some core aspects of his job include billing functions, claim submissions, EOB tracking, billing reconciliations, and accounts receivable. From resolving delayed or denied claims to coordinating payment systems and maintaining transparent financial workflows, Nathan ensures that every aspect of the revenue cycle is accurate, timely, and client-centered. His leadership is central to CCW’s operational health and long-term growth.
