Shelby walks through therapy with a solution focused and strengths-based approach with her clients. She also takes on a validating and humanistic approach during her sessions. Therapy is as multi-layered as humans are and Shelby believes that we can only grow in healing when we talk about the things that weigh heavily on our souls. You are always invited to show up as your most authentic self and during our time together, you will be provided with a space to play, cry, fidget, laugh, and celebrate your successes throughout your therapeutic journey. Shelby is ready to walk by your side in an inclusive space that will create opportunity for change and healing.
